inkMacSystemFont; font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; text-align: left;">尹某2019年去世，生前系某国有公司员工。尹某去世后，包括养老金个人账户余额、抚恤金、丧葬费在内共计45万余元由该国有公司提存管理，因家属间分歧较大，对分割方案长期无法达成一致意见，造成各家庭成员间矛盾升级，关系破裂。2022年8月，尹某女儿将该国有公司作为被告提起诉讼，要求被告支付自己作为死者家属应分得的各项费用共计9万余元。后依法追加原告继母、原告弟弟、尹某父母为共同原告参加诉讼。
